El código fuente no funciona

Tengo un formulario funcionando desde hace días https://form.jotform.com/240854821884667

Hoy en la página web que está embebido mediante código fuente no funciona, me pueden ayudar a saber porqué no funciona dicho código, depurar el código tal vez, no sé que hacer.

Por ahora lo embebí mediante la solución wordpress pero el ancho es muy pequeño y dificulta su llenado

Now, let me help you with your question. Can you send me the link to your site where you embedded your form, so I can take a look at it for you? If you can also take a screenshot of what’s happening, that will help us to better understand what’s going on. We have a guide about how to do that here.

Can you also try embedding your form using the Iframe embed code? Most of the time, our form works with the iframe embed code if you will embed it to a website. The iframe embed method is designed to work on any web page. Here is how to do it:

• In the Form Builder on the orange navigational bar, click Publish.
• Click Embed on the left-hand side of the page.
• Select the Iframe embed option.
• Finally, click on Copy Code to copy your form’s iframe embed code.

Con iframe pasa que no hay barra de desplazamiento vertical.

Dejo en la parte de abajo el error, no me gusta que esté en la web, pero para que lo pueda ver. Este error sucede cuando inscusto el código html que Jotform me proporciona.

You can adjust the height of the form as shown in the screenshot.



Once you have adjusted the height of the form with the appropriate value, you will no longer need the vertical scrollbar, but if you prefer to use scrollbar, you can update the scrolling attribute of the iframe embed code to yes as shown in the screenshot.
