Buenos días hemos realizado la compra del servicio anual pero la factura viene con IVA al 21% de impuesto y al residir en las Islas Canarias corresponde el 7%, por lo que necesitamos la modificación de la factura. Adjuntamos factura.

Hi asociacionnoctis,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
With that being said, take note that Jotform does not collect VAT. The tax is collected by the payment processor, and the rate depends on the state/country. As per checking online, the standard Vat rate in Spain is 21%.
Let us know if you have any other questions.

Hi asociacionnoctis,
Thanks for getting back to us. As I've mentioned earlier, Jotform does not collect the VAT charge. The tax is collected by the payment processor and charge depends on the location where the purchase was made. But I've reached out to the relevant team to see if there's a possibility for this. Once we hear back from them, we'll circle back to you on this thread and let you know.
Thanks for your understanding, we appreciate it.

Hi asociacionnoctis,
Thanks for patiently waiting. Could you share with us your VAT ID, so I can forward it to the team as well. Also, as for why you were charged 21%, it's most likely because you've chosen Spain during checkout, when you upgraded your account.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.
