Account Login: How to disable email verification?

    Hola,

    cada vez que entro con Jotform me solicita el nombre de usuario y contraseña, y posteriormente una clave de confirmación que mandan por mail. No se podría quitar esta confirmación?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, coming back to your question, it looks like our security system was triggered when you tried to log in. This usually happens if someone tries to access the account from a new device or location. To make sure it's you, we send a verification code to your email address. Once verified, you won't need to go through this step again if you use the same device and location in the future. And, unfortunately, this security feature can't be turned off.
