Make.com: 401 error

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Based on the screenshot that you shared, it seems that the API key you're using have expired or may have been deleted. I recommend disconnecting your Jotfrom from Make.com and reconnecting it again. If your connection relies on an API key to be entered, I suggest generating a new API key from your account's settings. Let me show you how to do that:

    1. From your account's API settings, click on the Create New Key button.

    2. Next, enter the name for your New API key.

    3. Set its access accordingly and use it with your Make.com integration.

    I've also reset your account's API limit which should help.
