Now, coming back to your question, are you referring to the birthdate field of this form? If so, unfortunately, it isn't currently possible to only select the year and months using the Date Picker element. As a workaround, you can use the dropdown element predefined options for years and months. Here's an example result:

1. In Form Builder, click or drag a Dropdown element into the form.
2. Hover over to the added dropdown field and then click the Gear icon.
3. On the Dropdown Properties panel on the right, click on the Options tab.
4. Hover over to the Predefined Options and then select the Last 100 Years option.

5. Next, click on the Advanced tab.

6. Enable the Shrink feature.

That's it. The same process goes to the Birth Month field using the Months option of the Predefined options feature:
