How to duplicate the form?

About your question, yes you can duplicate the form by cloning it. Let me show you how:

• Open your form in Form Builder, and in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Publish then copy the link.

• Once you have copied the link to the form click on the dropdown arrow beside form builder then select Go back to My Forms.

• Under My Forms, click on Create Form.

• Under Create Form, click on Import Form.

Under Import form, click on From a web page and enter the URL
