Buenos días , he recibido un cobro de worldpay de 4,99 € sin justificación porque no me ge dado de alta en ningún sitio y quería que me devolviesen dicha cantidad y me diesen de baja , espero su respuesta , un saludo .

About your question, can you give us more details about this payment? We also do not use Worldpay for receiving subscription payments. But we use Worldpay for payment integration with forms. Jotform is a feature-rich online form builder that lets you create powerful forms to collect important information. It is used safely by millions of non-governmental organizations, educational institutions, small businesses, corporate businesses, and individual users all over the world.
So, if you have filled up a form that uses Woldpay as a payment processor, what you need to do is reach out to the form owner for this.
