Buenas tardes,
Notamos que nuestra cuenta ha pasado de un plan ilimitado a un plan gratis, quisieramos consultar a que se debe esto y si es un tema de pago con la tarjeta de credito quisieramos saber en que seccion de los ajustes podemos ver cual esta configurada para realizar cambio de tarjeta.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, I just checked your account and I see that you already paid for the plan today for Bronze Yearly using a different credit card. Can you confirm if we can close the ticket as resolved?
