Quiero editar algunos formularios que tengo, que incluyan unos datos que debe rellenar el paciente /cliente y otros que NO LOS PUEDA RELLENAR, es decir, una parte que sólo pueda rellenar yo, como médico en la exploración .

Cómo puedo hacerlo?
