How to configure submissions in the app

He visto que el usuario al darse de alta, quedan sus órdenes anteriores registradas ¿Cómo se configura con la nueva aplicación que quiero hacer?

Hola René, sin problema me explico mejor,

He añadido en mis Apps vuestra aplicación "Food Delivery App", y al probarla me he dado cuenta que, desde otra cuenta de correo electrónico al realizar un pedido, se queda guardada la información de los pedidos.

Esta información, ¿queda almacenada en la configuración de la aplicación? o solo en el perfil de la persona que realiza el pedido

I've taken a look at your app called Food Delivery App and I see your test submissions. For the user that submits a form on the app, they can see their own submissions that they made in the app, but not the submissions of other users. You as the app owner, can see all the submissions made on the forms in the app.
