Hi David,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, whenever a form user completes a form, a submission will be sent to the owner. Because Jotform allows you to create an ordering form or app, placing an order is considered a submission. They're easy to check. Let me show you how:
- In your account's My Forms, select the form and click Submissions on the top of the page. You can also click Submissions under the form's name, or by clicking More on the right, and then Submissions.
- You will be routed to the form's Tables and from there, you'll find all the submissions made to it. If there are new submissions, you can just go back to it to check them out.
- Alternatively, you can go to the form's Inbox to check the submissions, as shown below:
Reach out again if you have any other questions.
- In your account's My Forms, select the form and click Submissions on the top of the page. You can also click Submissions under the form's name, or by clicking More on the right, and then Submissions.

Hi David,
Thanks again for the patience, we really appreciate it. I apologize for the confusion caused by the previous instructions I provided. Those are only applicable to regular forms you have in your account. For apps created within Jotform, there is a separate way to check them. Let me show you how:
- In your account's home page, click the dropdown icon beside My Forms and choose My Apps from the list.
- Choose the app and click Submissions on the right.
Alternatively, you can check the app's Inbox by visiting its App Builder. Here's how:
- On the My Apps page, hover your mouse on the app and click Edit.
- You will be routed to the App Builder and click the dropdown icon beside it.
- Select Inbox from the list.
- From there, you will see all the available submissions you have for the app.
That's it. Let us know if you have any other questions.
- In your account's home page, click the dropdown icon beside My Forms and choose My Apps from the list.
