Now, coming back to your question, I tested your form and everything seems to be working as it should. I was able to get pass the email field. Here's the screencast of my result:
Is the form embedded to a website? If yes, can you provide us with the link to the page where the form is embedded? As a precaution, I have cleared your form's cache to refresh your form. This normally fixes temporary issues.
Once we hear back from them, we'll be able to move forward with this.
