Spreadsheet to form: Ability to connect to Jotform Tables

al agregar un desplegable en un formulario, puedo traer los valores de una tabla y desplegarlo para seleccionar sus datos?

Now, let me help you with your question. Yes, you can populate a dropdown field using the Spreadsheet to form widget. Let me show you how to use it:

1. Create a spreadsheet that includes your data in the structure you see below. It's important that the column names in the spreadsheet and field names on the form are the same.
2. In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
3. Under the Widgets tab, search for the Spreadsheet to Form widget and add it to your form.
4. In the Widget Settings window that opens up, upload your data file and customize the other options. 
5. Then, click on Update Widget.
6. In the final stage, add the fields to view values and name them the same as on the spreadsheet.

Make sure to add your options to the Dropdown Properties:

Gracias muy amable, pero mi consulta era si al colocar en un formulario un elemento desplegable , al desplegar, valga la redundancia, puede traer valores de una tabla, por ejemplo del primer campo de la tabla

Desafortunadamente, no es posible conectar el widget a la página de Tablas de tu formulario o algún documento en línea, por el momento solo es posible cargar un archivo con los registros a cargar. Me temo que por el momento no tenemos ningun widget que cumpla con el requisito que busca.
