Can't receive submissions

    Hola, estamos teniendo problemas para recibir los formularios cubiertos por los alumnos. No tengo problema para adjuntar el link del formulario pero nunca llego a recibirlo.

    Hemos realizado diversas pruebas desde correos electrónicos diferentes, y no llega ninguno. No sé cómo podríamos solucionarlo.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Spanish Support agents are currently busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    As for your issue, I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly and I received submissions. You can try removing and adding emails back to see if it helps. Let me help you do that:

    • In Smart PDF Forms, click on Settings in the blue navigation bar at the top of the page.
    • In the menu on the left, click on Emails.

    • Hover your mouse over the Notification and click on Trash Bin icon and select Delete.

    • On the same page, click on Add Email and select Notification Email.
    • Click on Recipients tab and enter your email address in Recipient Email field. Then, click on Save.
