How to allow Assignee to assign the form

Quiero saber cómo puedo asignar a una persona un formulario y que esa persona pueda asignar ese mismo formulario sin mi autorizácion

Now, coming back to your question, it's not possible for Assignees to assign the form further. You must be the owner of the form for you to be able to assign the form to another user.
