Buen dia tengo probelmas con el formulario en la app jotfrom.
Cuando se realiza un fromulario como se muestra en la siguiente imagen
Y da posteriormente la opcion de guardar y continuar despues
Cuando le damos en continuar llenado
Aparecen los campos ocultos
Campos que no deberian aparecer, de hecho no lo hacen en la version web pero si lo hacen en la version APP de jotform podrian arreglar ese problema por favor

Now, let me help you with your question. I'm sorry you're having trouble with Jotform Apps. I checked your account but can't seem to locate the App from your screenshot. I was able to locate an App named Clone of Orden de Servicio, but the form that's added to it is already deleted. Can you point us to the new App that you're working?

I'd like to shed light on the matter you've encountered, which is not a bug but rather a feature of our mobile app. When editing the draft submission form, owners can reveal hidden fields and make edits accordingly.

Ok entiendo me pueden ayudar con otra cosa algunos campos no se guardan dentro del formulario aunque tnega la opcion de guardar y continuar después dichos campos se quedan vacios

Hi Brandon,
Thanks for getting back to us. I noticed that you have a setting in your form where the field will become empty if the field is hidden in your form. Can you point us to which fields in your form this is happening?
In any case you may change your form's setting to prevent this from happening:
- Edit your form and go to Settings
- On the left panel, see to it that you are under Form Settings
- Scroll down and find the Clear Hidden Field Values setting and set it to Clear when hidden or Don't Clear
When setting it to Clear when hidden, it simply means that the change on the forms view when the field is visible and then in that very instant that it hides, the field will become empty. But if it's hidden all the while, it will still contain the value.
On the other hand, when setting it as Don't Clear, then regardless of the activity of your fields during showing or hiding, it will still not empty the fields.

Claro esto es en modo offline cuando guardo en modo offline y quiero volver a editar nuevamente en modo offline alginos campso campos no se guardan y por ejemplo el widget de foto aveces guarda la foto y otras veces no

I'm very sorry to hear that. As the issue is intermittent on your mobile App, I suggest reinstalling it to refresh its backend data and to make sure that you're on the latest version. But first, make sure that you go online to sync the saved offline submissions to our servers. I've also cleared your form cache as a precaution.

Pero en si la opcion de guardar me debe guardar toda la infromacion generada en el reporte aunque la vuelva a editar sin conexion a internet ? Fotos pestañas desplegables etc???
Como borro el cahe de la app en ios y a que te refieres con instalar los datos backend data

Thanks for getting back to us. To save the draft entries on the app, you need to go online using the device and submit the draft entries before uninstalling and re-installing the app.

Buen dia les envio un video de que ya borrando el cache y volviendo a instalar la app de jotform el tema de que algunos campos no los guarda en modo offline sigue apareciendo

Thanks for getting back to us. I ran a test by cloning your form, filled it up, and saved a draft and found that after opening the draft that I saved, some fields turned empty.

Por favor ya que el tema de guardar reportes en modo offline es importante y pues no tiene caso que si esta esa función este fallando de que algunos campos no los guarde correctamente
