    Hola, acabo de ver que por error de alguien del equipo no han cerrado la cuenta y se me acaba de cobrar la renovación por un año, necesito revertirlo ya que no utilizamos el servicio.

    pueden ver que hace más de un año que no accedemos ni utilizamos por lo que necesito revertir el cobro y cerrar la cuenta gracias por la comprensión.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, coming back to your question, you can cancel your subscription, but it should be done on the Desktop version of Jotform, rather than the mobile app. It's easy, let's do it:

    1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your avatar in the top-right corner and click on Settings.

    2. Under the Billing tab, click on Change Plan.

    3. Click on the Downgrade button to switch to the Starter (Free) Plan.

    There will be a pop-up window with some extra information about the downgrade. Please follow those instructions to continue with canceling your plan. Please also check out our guide about How to Cancel your Subscription. To request a refund for your latest invoice, please log in to your account, open this link, and complete the form.

    After looking into your request, you'll receive an email from our team member. When you have been refunded, your account will be downgraded back to the Starter Plan and no more payments will be incurred.
