    Hola, he enviado mi formulario y me aparece que no tiene respuestas, incluso dice que fue actualizado al 28 de febrero

I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, coming back to your question. I cloned both of your forms Comunicado de Convenciones MAPFRE and Convention Announcement form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Take a look at the screencast below to see my results:

    According to your submission table of the for Comunicado de Convenciones MAPFRE, there is one submission I was able to locate, but the other form seems not to have any submission.

    Once we have a better idea of what’s going on, we’ll be able to come up with a solution.
