El correo que recibo de notificación cuando alguien llena un formulario esta incompleta, solo aparece la imagen configure y el pdf que igualmente configure para que fuera anexado al correo, pero el contenido del formulario no. En cambio el correo que le llega a la persona que lo rellenó, si esta completo.
Cunado mando correo de prueba desde ajustes, en ambas, tanto de notificación al que rellenó y al que le debe de llegar la notificación, si llega de forma correcta.

Now, coming back to your question, I cloned and tested the form and received an email notification with complete details. The attached PDF document has all the fields values shown as well. Please refer to the screencast below for the received email notification and PDF attachment:

- Clear the form cache by going to the settings sections of the account settings:
- Create a new email notification by going to the Email section of the Form builder settings:
- Attach the PDF document to the Email notification by going to the Email advanced settings:
- Make a test submission
