Now, coming back to your question, your account linked to the email address you used on this thread was suspected of phishing activity for collecting credit card information through the fields in your Alta OSDEPYM Form (241159225619054) shown in the screenshot below:
Due to our PCI certification, we are required to deny the collection of credit card details on regular forms. But we have other PCI-compliant ways to do this. You can choose any of the payment processors available in our platform to integrate with your forms. You still won't be able to collect credit card details directly though. If you only want to collect your customer's payment details and charge them at a later date, you can take advantage of the Payment Authorization feature that is available to selected payment processors you can integrate with your form. We have a guide on how you can do that here.
We will only lift the suspension on your account if you agree with our terms and allow us to delete the credit card fields shown above.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

Thanks for the confirmation. I've deleted the offending field and reactivated your account. You should be able to login to your account now. Take note all data associated to the said fields are automatically removed as well.
