    Hola, buenas tardes,

    Me gustaría que mis clientes recibieran un correo electrónico como respuesta cuando rellenan un formulario. ¿Es esto posible? ¿Como lo puedo hacer? ¿Disponen de algún tutoríal? Muchas Gracias.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, coming back to your question, I understand you want to have an email sent to your users once they fill out the form. You can set up an Autoresponder Email that automatically gets sent to the user once they fill out the form. It's easy. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, click on Settings at the top.
    2. Click on Emails on the left.

    5. Click on Recipients.
    6. In the Recipient Email dropdown, select the email field that you want the autoresponder email to be sent to.Correo electrónico de respuesta  Image 3 Screenshot 72

    After following these steps, when the user fills out the form, they will automatically get sent the email. For more information, check out our guide on Setting Up Autoresponder Emails.
