Algo ha pasado que cuando insertelo el codigo html en la web ahora se ve mal, antes no pasaba.

Now, coming back to your question, I checked the embedded form, but it works as expected. Can you tell me what issue you're experiencing, so I can check? In addition, can you try re-embedding your form using the Iframe code method? If you choose to use iframe code, allow me to explain how to get the code to you:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Publish.
2. On the left, click Embed.
3. Choose Iframe embed from the menu.

4. Lastly, click the Copy Code button to copy the code.

 If you're still having the same problem, we'll do a more in-depth investigation and work on finding a solution.
