Now, coming back to your question, the Upload space can only be increased by deleting the submissions with the uploads. This can also be done in the Starter Plan. If you need to free up the upload space you can simply delete and purge the submissions with upload space. Let me show you how:

1. In Submission Tables, select the submissions you want to delete.
2. Click on Delete toward the top.
3. Now, click on the 3 dots next to the tab name.
4. Select Trashed Entries in the dropdown.
5. In the pop on the right, select the submission you want to purge.
6. Click on Delete Forever, and click on Delete in the confirmation window.
