pago con tarjeta de crédito no se realiza

    Hola, acabo de revisar mi tarjeta de credito, la cual estaba con un pago pendiente y por lo que se rechazaron 3 cobros de Jotform, ya esta con los fondos disponibles y no puedo hacer el pago correspondiente.

    Me pueden ayudar?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, coming back to your question, Our system tried to process the payment three times on 25th April 2024, but your bank declined all attempts. We suggest contacting your bank to get details on this. You can also change the payment method to process the payment. You can update your Credit Card Information in just a few easy steps. Let me show you how:

    1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your Avatar/Profile image on the top-right side of the page.

    2. In the menu that comes up, click on Settings.

    3. Next, go to the Billing tab.

    4. Click on Change Credit Card.

    5. Enter the details in the Credit Card Information window.

    6. Now, just click on Update to save the changes.
