    Hola Equipo!

    Leonor.

    Hi Leonor,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, coming back to your question, I understand that you want to free up space in your account after downgrading to the Starter plan. When I checked your account, I found that you have 10 forms. You can still have all your forms in your account, but only 5 of these forms can be active at a time. The rest will need to be disabled.

When I checked further, I found that you've reached your Upload Space limit. Currently, it's 917.56MB/100MB. To free up space, you'll need to delete and purge form entries with file uploads. Doing that is easy. Let me show you how:

    • In Jotform Tables, select the entries you want to delete or click on the Checkbox to select all entries.
    • Now, click on Delete at the top-right of your screen.
    • In the Confirmation Box, click on Move to Trash.

Now that the entries are deleted, you'll need to purge them to delete the entries permanently. If they aren't purged, they will remain in your Trash Folder for 30 days before being deleted. Let me show you how to do that:

    • In Jotform Tables, click on the 3 Dot icon in the tab in the green navigation bar at the top of your screen.
    • In the Dropdown Menu, select Trashed Entries.
    • Now, in the Panel on the right, click on Select All and then click on Delete Forever.
    • Finally, in the Confirmation Box, click on Delete.

That's it. I suggest downloading your form submissions before deleting them to avoid losing your data. You can also check out our guide about Understanding Your Account Usage and Limits.

Give it a try and let us know if you have any more questions.
