Approval Flow: How to set he email recipient to the form responder

Buenos días. Estoy intentando crear un flujo de aprobación de un formulario (solicitud) en el cual quiero conectar a varios correos externos a la empresa para que cada cual reciba su respuesta correspondiente (condición if/else).

El objetivo es el siguiente:

Se ha creado un formulario que rellenan agentes externos asociados a la empresa

Tal formulario (solicitud) cumplimentado nos llega a nosotros y, a su vez, a la persona que lo envía para confirmar que se ha enviado correctamente. Esta persona tiene un correo asociado con la condición if/else para que así sea, puesto que en el formulario selecciona su asociación que está vinculada a un correo.

Hasta esta parte, todo funciona perfectamente.

A continuación es cuando no sabemos plantear la formula correcta. En el momento en el que tenemos que aprobar o rechazar la solicitud inicial, queremos que llegue esta información a la misma asociación que lo ha rellenado inicialmente y no a todas, es decir, a un correo concreto, que sería el mismo al que le llega la confirmación de que la solicitud se ha rellenado correctamente.

Now, let me help you with your question. If I understand you correctly, you want to email back the form responder after approving or rejecting the application, if so, you will need to add an Email field on your form and set the email field as the recipient on the Approval flow. If you're referring to your Solicitud de apoyos puntuales 2024 form, Let me show you how to do it:

• To Add the Email field.

1. In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element button.

2. Select the Email element and add it to your form.

• To configure your Approval flow

1. In Form Builder, click on the Settings tab.

2. Click on the Approval Flows tab, then hover your mouse to the Pencil icon to edit the existing Approval flow.

3. Click on the Approve/Deny Email element on the Approval flow, then click on the Envelope icon to open the Settings.

4. Click on the Recipients tab, then under the Recipient Email, remove the existing email.

5. Click on the Form Fields drop-down and select the Email field, then click on the Save button once done.
