Firma de contrato invalido

    Saludos Jotform,

    Al intentar realizar la firma de contrato mediante "Firmar con Adobe Sign, no se realiza con éxito.

    Por favor, apoyarme sobre el motivo por el cúal no permite. ¡Gracias!

Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, coming back to your question, it seems that you are referring to the Adobe Sign widget where the user needs to enter his/her email address. Can you check whether the Adobe Document Cloud Account has been authenticated yet? If not, the users are getting an error when using it.
