Quedo atento, saludos

Hi Marco,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, I understand that you want to have a Dropdown where the options are listed on it. As for the screenshot that you provided, unfortunately, it was not posted properly so I am unable to check it. Can you try posting it again? We have a guide here explaining how to do that.
As for the Dropdown list, we have a Dropdown field that you can use and you can add a lot of options on it. Let me show you how:
1. In Form Builder, click the +Add Form Element button on the left side of the page.
2. Add the Dropdown field to the form.
3. Click the Gear icon of the Dropdown field and go to the Options tab.
4. Add the options that you want to be listed on the Dropdown field.Check out the screencast below for the result:
We also have a Dynamic Dropdown Widget that you can add to the form that has the same function as the Dropdown field but with a different kind of feature. You can check out this guide on How to Configure the Dynamic Dropdown Widget.
That's it. Let us know if you have any other questions.
