Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I am sorry you are having trouble with this. This error is because of the restriction on your account that requires a login to access the user's uploaded files. Let me show you how to disable this feature:

1. Go to your Account Settings.
2. Under the Security tab, uncheck the box for the Require Login to View Uploaded Files.
