- An alert message appeared in Jotform when a form was submitted, I noticed that it was sent but it did not show the final verification check. After 4 more submission it disappeared, but I wanted to know what it was about. Attached image of the alert.
- Additionally, a captcha also began to be requested (this does continue), which I wondered if you could deactivate it because this form is filled out directly by the final client and we have already notice that they found it a little bit annoying; However, in the other forms that are not for final clients, there would be no problem in having it.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:
It seems that the error is related to the captcha, but since I'm not getting the captcha, I can't replicate the issue. I've whitelisted your form. If you're still having the same issue, we'll do a more in-depth investigation and work on finding a solution.
As for the Captcha issue, I moved it to a new thread and will help you with that here.
