Plan contratado incorrecto

    Buenas tardes,

    En la app elegimos la contratación del plan BRONCE y se nos ha activado y cobrado el plan PLATA.

    Solicitamos la correspondiente devolución de la diferencia de importe y la restauración del plan elegido.

    Thanks for waiting. We received an updated that your subscription is switched from Silver to Bronze. We also issued a refund for the difference. Allow 5-7 business days for the posting, depending on your bank's timeframe.
