Now, coming back to your question, are you trying to download a file attachment from a form submission? If yes, I checked your account and didn't see any forms. Can you send us the URL for the form, so we can check it on our end? If you're the form owner, let me show you where to find your form URL:

1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over the form, and click on the More dropdown on the right side of the page.
2. Under the Publish column, click on Publish Form.
3. Click on the Copy Link button.
