Estoy creando un formulario y necesito vincular el widget(campo "Atención nueva" esta marcado en un circulo rojo) con una pagina especifica

Tengo que vincularlo con la pagina N°2

Y vincular el widget(campo "Completar datos de envio" esta marcado en un circulo rojo) con una pagina especifica

Tengo que vincularlo con la pagina N°3

3. Then, click on the Add Field button, look and choose the Button Checkboxes widget.
4. Click on the Button Checkboxes widget to make it a String.
5. Click on the Save button.
