Cuando adjunto documentos mi formulario no me deja continuar

Buen día.

Les agradezco su valiosa ayuda revisando mi formulario ya que cuando intento adjuntar un documento y le presiono clic al botón de seguir se queda bloqueada la pantalla y no me deja continuar, no sé si tenga que ver con el espacio para que por favor me ayuden a liberarlo.

El día de ayer funcionaba correctamente y hoy no, realmente no le he realizado ningún cambio en este lapso de tiempo.

Now, coming back to your question. I checked the form and I managed to replicate the issue. Once I disabled the conditions you have set, everything was working properly. Here is how you can disable the conditions:
