Hola, tengo toda la semana tratando de resolver con ustedes que funcione el formulario. Primero la fecha se carga mal pones en el formulario una fecha y llega la fecha y hora en la que se realizo la reserva. Al parecer ya quedo resuelto ese tema pero no lo puedo verificar ya que el formulario no se envía ahora desde la pagina web. Ya realice varias gestiones, lo actualice y sigue sin funcionar. Que podemos hacer que me urge tener operando al 100% mi pagina?

Now, coming back to your question, I checked the embedded form on your website, but the form is showing as expected. Take a look at the screencast below:
Can you tell me if the form embedded on your website not submitting? Can you allow us to make a test submission on the embedded to check if we can replicate the issue? No worries, you can remove the data right after the test.

Hola,
El problema persiste, al llenar el formulario con una fecha especifica, esta fecha al legar al mail es la fecha con la hora en que se genero el envío del formato y la fecha del día. Que hacemos??
Como podemos solucionar este problema, ya tiene mucho tiempo abierto este tema y no hay resutados.

Now, coming back to your question, We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience that this caused you. May I ask your permission to test the actual form on your website? So we can determine what is really happening on your end. You can remove it or delete the submission on your end.
