Error en la numeración de google Drive

Buenos días, en nuestro formulario PARTE DE MATERIAL tenemos un apartado en el que se generan números de partes correlativos los cuales se utilizan como nombre de archivo en los pdf generados en el Google Drive. Esta numeración está desfasada entre el nombre de archivo de Google drive con el número de parte del interior del pdf. He tratado de reestablecer la integración y el problema continua.

Now, coming back to your question. It would help us to understand what’s happening if you could take a screenshot and send it to us. We have a guide here explaining how to do that.

We have a form for work orders which automatically generates a work order number with a widget. This work order number (called "Numero de Parte" with the format "Parte ####") is used as the name of the pdf file when we export the entry as a pdf file.

I have integrated this form with google drive, with the template "New document 1" wich has configurated to extract the name of the pdf of the "Parte de material" field.

The mistake is that we get in google Drive the name of the pdf of the work order incresed by one, in this case we get 16882 in the workorder instead of 16881.

Thanks for getting back to us. I've cloned and tested your form after integrating it with Google Drive and I couldn't replicate the issue, the number of the PDF is correct in Drive.

Would it be possible for you to set the folder access ad 'Anyone with the link' so that we can look at the PDFs saved in your Drive?

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

Gracias por contactar nuevamente el soporte técnico de Jotform. He comprobado su Carpeta de Google Drive y he podido ver la diferencia entre los códigos:

También he clonado su formulario, integrado con Google Drive y enviado para ver si podía replicar el problema, pero todo ha funcionado como esperado. Échele un ojo a la registración de la pantalla aquí abajo:

Como no he podido reproducir el problema. He limpiado la caché del formulario para actualizar los datos. Puede consultar esta guía sobre Cómo borrar la caché de los formularios. Ahora, ¿podrías eliminar la integración con Google Drive, volver a integrar y, a continuación, realizar una nueva prueba? Le muestro como hacerlo:

1. En el Creador de Formularios, en la barra de navegación naranja de la parte superior de la página, haga clic en Ajustes.
2. En la columna en la parte izquierda de la pantalla, hacer clic sobre Integraciones.
3. Seleccionar Google Drive y luego hacer clic en el icono de los tres puntos verticales.
4. En el menú desplegable, hacer clic sobre Eliminar acción y luego sobre Si, descartar.
5. Finalmente, crear una Nueva Acción y luego Salvar.

Después de hacer esto, intente enviar su formulario de nuevo y si el problema persiste, háganoslo saber y haremos más comprobaciones.
