How to add the consecutive number field to a form?

Hola Intento que en mi formulario, exista un campo oculto, que será el númro consecutivo que el sistema debe de asignar al formulario, lo necesito ara identificar al usuario del formato y asignarle un número d manera automatica

Now, coming back to your question, It seems that you have already added the Unique ID widget to your form. This widget allows you to set a consecutive number and automatically apply it to each submission.
