Buenas tardes,
escribo porque hace unos días me notificaron ustedes que había alcanzado el límite de almacenamiento de mi cuenta (100 MB), ya borré los cuestionarios que contenían archivos adjuntos para liberar espacio pero me sigue apareciendo que rebasé el límite de almacenamiento, cómo puedo hacer para que se actualice mi cuenta y pueda usar de nuevo los formularios?

Now coming back to your question. I checked your account and your upload space is currently 56.44 MB / 100.00 MB, which means the space is cleared for your attachments. If you're still seeing the limit message on your form then you can try logging out and then log back in. I also cleared the form cache to refresh the data. You can check this guide on How to Clear Your Form Cache. Can you please test it again and see how it goes? If the issue persists, please let us know, and we will further investigate to better understand what is going on.
