Buenos días.
Tengo una cuenta en Jotform y tengo espacio de almacenamiento y todo esta bien, el solo tengo creado un formulario y me sale ese aviso y no he podido levantar una información que necesito.
Que puedo hacer?

Now, coming back to your question, I’ve checked out the screenshot you shared, and when I checked out your Jotform account, I noted the upload space is 0.00B out of 100 MB so, there shouldn't be any issues with the upload space. I also noted that you have a total of three forms in your account. Are you referring to this Jotform account? For this account, there is a zero submission and the upload space limit also seems to be reset.
If you are referring to this account, then can you please log out of your Jotform account and re-log in? It should resolve an issue.
