Buenos días,
Hemos realizado un formulario y queremos que los correos se envíen desde la cuenta smtp definida para la ocasión, pero parece que no funciona.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, I checked your form and I can confirm that you're using SMTP as the sender email of the form's Notification email. I've gone ahead and cleared your form caches to see if this would correct any unnecessary errors in the form. Can you please try it again and see how it goes? If the same thing happens again, can you please try deleting the form's notification email template and adding a new one to see if that would make any difference? Let me show you how to do it:
- In Form Builder, click Settings on the orange bar located at the top.
- Click on the Emails tab located on the left panel.
- Hover over to the Notification Email template and then click the Trash icon.
- Complete the deletion from the modal screen by clicking the Delete button.
After that, set up a new Notification Email template by following this guide. Add your SMTP as the email sender and then make a test submission to see how it goes.
