¿Qué significa y cómo lo puedo corregir?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I am sorry you are having an issue with this. I've cloned your form and tested it, but I was not able to replicate the issue. I didn't see any HTML tag on the thank you page. Check out the screencast of my results:

This error is usually related to the HTML tag on the thank you page. Can you let us know if you have modified the source code on the Thank You Page? I've also gone ahead and cleared your form cache to refresh the form. Can you please try it again and see how it goes? If the issue persists please let us know and we can investigate it further.
