Integración Google sheets

Por medio del presente me permito solicitar de su colaboración, ya que de manera recurrente se vienen generando inconvenientes con la integración de mi formulario con las hojas de calculo de google, ya que sin motivo aparente dejan de llegar las respuestas a la base de datos, como se evidencia en los pantallazos que relaciono a continuación, donde el el documento google sheets se evidencian 2113 registros:

Frente a los 2121 que se evidencian en la plataforma de tablas de Jotform:

En tal sentido, la solución que he encontrado es eliminar la integración para volver a generarla, como se evidencia en pantallazos que relaciono:

No obstante, este problema se viene generando con gran frecuencia, lo que genera inconvenientes y desgaste en el procesamiento de los datos. Por lo cual, solicito de su ayuda para concretar el motivo y solución de estas fallas en la integración con este aplicativo.

Now, coming back to your question, I tried manually pushing the missing submissions manually but looks like there are no missing submissions already. You were able to remove and re-add the integration, and it was able to establish the connection again.

The Google Sheet Integration usually breaks if you rename or delete the column headings on the sheet, or if your token has expired. Unfortunately, tokens are handled by Google. The most common reason why your token expires is if you updated your Google password or have multiple requests to the Sheets simultaneously. 

Also, any change made to the form or the integrated sheet will break the integration. So if you made any change to either one, you'll need to disconnect the integration and connect the integration again to make sure everything is working normally.
