Inquietud modulo de firmas

Hola,

Solicitamos su amable apoyo con la validación y solucion para el modulo de firmas ya no nos deja firmar sale bloqueado, hay alguna manera para descargar lo que ya me firmaron y seguir utilziando sin necesidad de subir de categoria

Now, coming back to your question, I've checked your account and I can see that you have reached the limit for Signed Submissions. Unfortunetly, it is not possible to download submissions and increase the limit as this limit reset on the new month. If you need to increase this limit for the current month, you will need to upgrade to a higher subscription or wait for the new month to start.
