I'm having trouble fully understanding your concern. For us to assist you better, can you take a screenshot of what’s happening and send it to us? This guide will show you how to do that. Also, please provide the link to the form you are referring to so we can check.

Are you trying to set up conditional logic for your form? If so, could you please provide more details about the requirements for your conditions? We also have a guide about Conditional Logic for Online Forms that you can check out.

This will give us a visual understanding of the issue and help in identifying the root cause. Also, are there any specific error messages displayed? I cleared your form's cache on our backend system for additional precautions. You can also clear the cache of your forms by following the guide on How to Clear Your Form Cache. 

We have some Getting Started with Jotform guides to help you. Once you've created your form, you can share the form link. Let me show you how:

• In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on the Publish tab.
• Then, click on Quick Share on the left side of the page.
• Click on the Copy Link. That's it. You can now share the link to the recipients.
