Hola
Quisiera saber como se da de baja una suscripción? no queremos renovarla, es suficiente con borrar la cuenta?

Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. I recommend canceling your subscription first before deleting your account. Here's how to do it:
- Click the Profile icon on the top right corner of the page.
- Then, select the Settings option from the menu.
- Next, go to the Billing tab.
- Click the Change Plan button.
- Select the Starter Plan option and follow the instructions on your screen.
- After confirming the cancellation, your subscription will no longer be billed on the next billing date.
Although there will be no further billing charges after the cancellation, your account will remain in the Silver plan for the period you paid for. Also, your subscription will automatically downgrade to the Starter (Free) plan on the date of its expiration (usually on the next billing date).
Once you have canceled the account subscription, you may delete your account. This guide will show you how to do that.
