Buenas tardes queremos renovar nuevamente nuestra cuanta con ustedes, sin embargo estaba revisando la informacion de los pagos realizados desde que creamos la cuenta, ya que mi jefatura me solicitó ver la cantidad de dinero que hemos invertido en la plataforma.. esto con el fin de demostrar a la jefatura que independiente de de lo que hemos invertido, sigue siendo nuestra mejor opción, dada la cantidad inumerable de opciones que tiene vuestro sistema. es por esto que solicito austedes me pudieran enviar esa informacion, ya que no la puedo visualizar desde mi cuenta de jotform..

Now, let me help you with your question. I checked your account and found that it is on Starter account. Perhaps you are referring to a different account. If you are referring to a different account, you can log in to that account and check its invoices. Let me show you how to check invoices:
- On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your Avatar/Profile Picture.
- Click on Settings to go to your Account Settings.
- Under Account Settings, click on the Billing tab.
- Scroll down a bit, and you should be able to see the Invoices section.
- Click on the View link on each invoice to see their details.
