How many sub-users can I add under the regular BSG plans?

Now, let me help you with your question. Under the Starter plan, you can receive up to 100 monthly submissions. This limit increases if you upgrade to any of our paid plans. Please note that our standard plans (Free, Bronze, Silver, and Gold) are individual, single-user plans. Unfortunately, it is not possible to add another user to your account. If you need an account that allows multiple users, you can upgrade to Jotform Enterprise. Enterprise accounts can accommodate everyone on your team while giving you full control and visibility into each action taken by members of your team.

Alternatively, you can use our Form Collaboration feature which allows multiple team members to simultaneously work on the same form. If you need to share your submission data with your team, you can also share your submission table with them. Please check our guide on How to Share Your Jotform Tables and Collaborate.
