Configurar formulario de reservas para vuelos

Hola,

Estoy queriendo configurar un formulario de reservas para vuelos.

Este formulario consta de 4 vuelos roundtrip distintos destinos con dias de salida y regreso distintos. Hay un dia por ej los viernes que uno de los vuelos tiene de ida y regreso dos salidas diarias.

Esto conlleva a que se diferencien por tarifa y destino.

Mi pregunta es la siguiente:

es posible configurar que cuando el pasajero elija uno de los vuelos, se abra un calendario con los dias de salida y regreso disponibles y los horarios? a su vez, lo llevaria a la tarifa que tiene ese vuelo, posiblemente se podrian utilizar alguna condición logica, pero no he logrado que suceda lo que necesito.

Agradecería mucho la auyuda.

I want to set up a reservation form for flights.

This form consists of 4 roundtrip flights to different destinations with different departure and return days. There is a day, for example on Fridays, when one of the flights has two round trip departures per day.

This leads to them being differentiated by rate and destination.

My question is this:

Is it possible to configure that when the passenger chooses one of the flights, a calendar opens with the available departure and return days and times? In turn, it would take it to the fare that that flight has, possibly some logical condition could be used, but I have not been able to make what I need happen.

Gracias por la paciencia, la apreciamos. Entiendo que necesitas que después de que tus usuarios hayan seleccionado el vuelo, aparezca un calendario que les permita elegir la fecha de ida y vuelta de su vuelo y que al mismo tiempo aparezca la tarifa correspondiente, ¿correcto? De ser así, esto es posible usando el elemento de Agenda, condiciones y el widget de Cálculo del formulario. He usado como referencia tu formulario 240994523832159 y aplicado los cambios a dos opciones de vuelo. Te explico como a continuación, paso a paso:

1) En el Creador de Formularios, da clic en Agregar Elemento.

2) Bajo la pestaña de Básicos, escoge Agenda (un elemento para “ida” y otro para “vuelta”).

3) Da clic en las Propiedades de la Agenda y configura la Disponibilidad de acuerdo a tus necesidades.

4) Repite este paso para cada opción de vuelos.

5) Añade un elemento de Texto corto por cada vuelo.

6) Da clic en las Propiedades del elemento y bajo la pestaña de Avanzado configura el Valor por defecto (precio del vuelo) y haz que el campo sea de Solo lectura.

7) Bajo la pestaña de Widgets, añade el widget de Cálculos del formulario.

8) En la Configuración del widget, da clic en Opciones en la parte inferior.

9) Selecciona la opción Resultado del campo como solo lectura.

10) Clic en Volver y Guarda los cambios.

Ahora pasaremos a configurar las condiciones:

1) Ve a Ajustes en la barra superior naranja y selecciona Condiciones en el menú lateral izquierdo.

2) Da clic en clic el botón de Añadir una nueva condición y selecciona Mostrar/Ocultar campo.

3) Configurala como se ve a continuación (repite este paso por cada vuelo):

4) Añade una condición de Actualizar/ Calcular campo y configúrala como se ve a continuación (repite este paso por cada vuelo):

Mira los resultados en el formulario:

Opcionalmente, puedes Pasar el valor del cálculo a un campo de pago. Si deseas puedes clonar mi formulario, el cual ya tiene todos los campos de referencia. Muchísimas gracias por tu explicación tan detallada y de gran ayuda.

Si bien configuré y seguí tus instrucciones, hay algo que faltaría, es la opción de poner cantidad de pasajeros, y si son adultos y menores, ya que también tienen diferente tarifa y que luego totalice por supuesto, también si los pasajeros son 4 por ejemplo que luego se despliegue una ventana para poder poner los datos de los pasajeros.

La ventana para estos datos se desplegaria según cantidad de pasajeros. Son posibles estas adiciones?

El formulario tiene lo que te muestro arriba, que no estaria mal si dejara adicionar cantidad de adultos - cantidad de menores - totalizar y de ahi pedir los datos de los pasajeros a viajar dependiendo de la cantidad.

Otra duda que veo el campo raizables únicamente a que se refiere? y si se puede quitar.

Now, let me help you with your question. It's really easy to add Sub-Options in the Product list of your payment field. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on the wand icon to open the Payment Settings.

2. Under the Products tab, hover your mouse over the product and click on the pencil icon to edit.

3. Go to the Options tab, and click on the Add a Product option.

4. Enable both Create Sub Products from Options and Special Pricing Per Option.

5. Enter Adult and Minor as options and input the pricing.

Regarding the second part, as you may know we will need to ask for the passengers their information after they input the quantity of persons that will travel, so what we would need is depending on how many people are, a drop-down menu or fields to fill out or something similar like that would be necessary for the request, for example if it is a group of 2 adults with 2 kids, a drop-down of fill out area should show with 4 places where the passenger put their information.

I've made some changes in our form, but the conditions are a bit confusing to me.

I need to make the total calculation with adults and children depending how many passengers are going to fly. I couldn't make it.

Then to request some information from the passenger and that form should be sent to us when submitted.

Can you explain me how to doit?

Keep in mind that it's not mandatory that is going to be any child under 2 years old travelling, so if the client only wants to add only adults, the total should be possible to be calculated too with only the option of "adults"

Hi Enzo,

Thank you for getting back to Jotform Enterprise Support and providing additional information. Currently, there is no option to add calculations on the subfields of the Configurable List widget.

To achieve this, the Configurable List widget should be first shown on the form before the Product List element. They will manually add the details of the passengers on the Configurable List widget and then add manually the quantity of passengers on the Product List element. Please check out the screencast below:

I also suggest adding a subfield on the Configurable List widget the age of the passenger or if the passenger is a child or adult.

It's ok I can use the configurable list to get information from passengers, not a problem with that.

I'm having problems with the calculation of getting a TOTAL of quantity of adults = price

or quantity of adults + children = TOTAL $$$

is that possible to do? I think is with "conditions" but I cannot make the right configuration to get it.

The form I'm using is the one is "Reservacion de Vuelos MIA-HAV-MIA"

We don't need to get a payment from this, we just need to know the information and the we search availability to give a final information.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can do this by adding 4 Form Calculation Widgets in the form along with performing calculations. Let me show you how:

• In Form Builder, add 4 Form Calculation widgets.
• In your case, I'll name the widgets Total Adults, Total Children, Total Count (Adults and Children), and Total Price.
• You can also hide these fields if necessary.

Since you've already assigned your dropdown fields with calculation values. You can now set calculations on the Form Calculation widgets. Here's how:

First of all I want to thank you for all the help and support to my questions.

Said this, I have another question for you, if I have a different rate for adults and children that book on a specific day of the week that has a different rate for example on Fridays the price it's a bit higher than the rest of the week is it possible to make this happen?

Other thing that it would be helpful for me, is that when a client chooses a day of departure, the day that he/she chooses to return cannot be before or the same date as the departure. I'll show you in the screen shot.

Thanks for getting back to us. I am trying to create a condition to show a warning message and hide the rest of the form fields when a user selects the same departure date, however, it appears that it does not work due to the difference in time intervals.

Also, I understand that you want to create different charges depending on the day selected; however, this is not possible with Product Field. You would have to set up the list of your services outside the payment field, assign calculation values with multiple-choice or single-choice fields for the list of products and pass a calculation to a payment field.
