    Hola buen día,

    estoy tratando de eliminar registros del 2023 de mi formulario, los elimino pero no me reduce la capacidad de carga de respuestas.

    Por ejemplo ya me elimine como 1000 registros del 2023 del siguiente formulario: https://www.jotform.com/build/232038769117157

    Ya borré caché y aún me figura como almacenamiento lleno.

    Buen día, asimismo agregar que he eliminado las respuestas almacenadas en el mismo formulario (envíos)

    y aún persiste el problema del cálculo de memoria utilizada

    Gracias por contactarte con el equipo de soporte de Jotform. He revisado tu cuenta y al momento tu espacio de almacenamiento es de 7.62/10.00 GB. Si deseas contar con más espacio disponible en tu cuenta, te sugerimos eliminar los archivos cargados del formulario 231454271899163 (1152 archivos al momento).

    Déjanos saber si hay algo más con lo que podamos ayudarte.

    por favor, necesitamos que se actualice el espacio actual, acabamos de eliminar registros del formulario Visitas de Seguridad C2D cerca de 450 registros.

Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, remember that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    About the issue, I have checked the account and it shows that you are using 10.04 GB / 10.00 GB for Upload Space. I understand that you have already deleted 450 records. Can you check if you have also deleted it under your trashed entries? Let me show you how:

    1. Open the main tab’s menu using the Three Dots icon next to the title of the form.
    2. Select Trashed entries from the menu. If there are entries there, please delete them.

    3. In the Trash panel on the right, choose the submissions to delete.

    4. Then select Delete Forever.

    5. Finally, select Delete in the confirmation dialog.

    Once deleted refresh your account by logging out then log in. If the same thing happens again, try to Clear the Cache and Cookies in Your Web Browser. If the issue continues, you need to delete and purge more entries.

    Hello Maria,

    Thanks for getting back to us and we’re sorry you’re having trouble with this. I tried recalculating your upload limit but it appears 6.83 GB / 10.00 GB. Is this accurate, or did you expect it to be much less? If so, you can continue to delete form submissions with attached files, but make sure to download your form submissions first for backup purposes. Let me show you how to delete form submissions:

    • In Tables, click on the checkbox under the search bar to select all submission data.
    • On the right side of the screen, click on Delete.

    • On the right side of the tab name, click on the Three Dots icon.
    • Click on Trashed entries.

    We also have a guide on How to Delete Form Submission Data that you can check out. After deleting your form submissions and your upload space still hasn't changed, please try clearing your form cache.

I checked your account and it seems that you have 6.92/10.0gb of space left and you may continue to accept submissions, and if you want to free up more space, you can follow my colleagues' instructions and delete submissions that have attachments, and please be reminded to download the data to back it up.
