    Hi Victor,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, coming back to your question. I understand the concern you're facing regarding the connectivity issues with the IP pools 170.233.193.0/26 and 170.233.193.64/26. I've checked our system thoroughly, and I can confirm that neither of these IP pools is being blocked or blacklisted by Jotform.

The connectivity issue your clients are experiencing may be due to other factors, such as network configuration, firewall settings on their end, or potential issues with their ISP's routing.

To troubleshoot further, I recommend checking the firewall settings on your clients' networks to ensure that traffic from these IP pools is allowed. Additionally, it might be helpful to investigate any recent changes in network configurations or routing that could be impacting connectivity.

Reach out again if you have any more questions.
